The Distribution Enablement Group (DEG) is an expanding team within Natixis. Our group encompasses Distribution Execution Consulting & Strategy, Distribution Platform Enablement, Data Science & AI, and Data & AI Governance. Our core mission is to drive business growth and improve efficiency by extracting insights from data and streamlining the use of data & technology. We partner closely with Sales, Marketing and other Business teams to simplify & automate workflows, develop actionable analytic reports, generate leads, and more. As an Associate Distribution Consultant, you will become an expert in the effective use of our tools and data as it relates to sales engagement initiatives. You will collaborate across functions with internal partners, including sales, marketing, finance, investment strategies group, financial institution group, compliance, and legal. Your work will improve processes, build practical insights, and help distribution teams optimize their efforts. The role involves leading the integration of resources, streamlining strategies, and leading sales enablement efforts to ensure that distribution channels are aligned with organizational objectives and industry trends. This is a hybrid position located in Boston, MA.
