Visit our careers page: https://careers.fitch.group/content/Fitch-Solutions-Commercial/   Fitch Solutions is currently seeking an Associate Director for our Sales Strategy & Insights team based out of our New York office.  How You’ll Make an Impact:   Drive Strategic Sales Decisions through Insights & Analytics   Lead the design and execution of advanced analytics initiatives, transforming complex data into high-impact insights for executive commercial leaders. Your strategic recommendations will play a pivotal role in shaping sales strategy and steering commercial performance at the organizational level, directly influencing revenue growth and long-term business outcomes.  Champion Innovation in Commercial Insights via AI & Automation Explore and apply emerging AI/ML technologies to uncover deeper commercial insights, supporting Senior Leadership with predictive and prescriptive analytics and championing Fitch Solutions’ commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.  Improve Forecast Accuracy and Pipeline Quality Strengthen forecasting processes and pipeline analysis to enhance sales predictability and resource allocation, aligning with broader financial planning and operational efficiency goals.  Enhance Data Infrastructure for Scalable Analytics  Direct the strategic development and continuous optimization of core data platforms, including Salesforce and Snowflake. You will ensure the integrity and scalability of data pipelines, enabling advanced analytics, and empowering cross-functional commercial teams with robust, actionable data.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in data analytics or commercial strategy, with demonstrated leadership in Sales, FP&A, or B2B enterprise environments.
  • Proven expertise in engaging executive sales stakeholders, with the ability to craft compelling data-driven narratives that influence high-level decision-making and organizational direction.
  • Expertise with business intelligence platforms, such as Power BI or Tableau, including designing and overseeing dashboards that inform executive-level strategies and stakeholder decision making
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, and translate analytics into strategic action at scale
  • Proactive and curious mindset consistently seeking out emerging technologies and methodologies to advance the organization’s analytical capabilities and business impact at the leadership level.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with advanced analytics tools, such as Python, machine learning, or AI-assisted platforms, showcasing a forward-thinking approach to data-driven decision-making.
  • Background in subscription-based or B2B enterprise sales environments, providing valuable context and understanding of complex commercial models and customer lifecycles.
  • Advanced proficiency in data engineering and transformation, with significant hands-on experience architecting and managing large-scale datasets and data pipelines in platforms like Snowflake or other cloud-based data warehouses, supporting the analytics needs of a global commercial organization.
