About The Position

Overall Purpose: Supervises the work of Fiber Events Leads to orchestrate and execute strategic sales events, driving fiber growth and market penetration to accelerate consumer engagement and revenue in targeted areas. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: • Strategic Planning and Market Analysis: Develop and implement comprehensive business and event strategies for designated market segments, conduct in-depth market research and analysis, and provide short and long-term forecasting to drive fiber growth and market penetration. • Team Leadership and Supervision: Lead, mentor, and manage the Fiber Events team, including recruitment, performance management, training, development, and disciplinary actions, while providing overall guidance and leadership on new initiatives. • Stakeholder Coordination and Collaboration: Engage and influence internal and external partners, including BU Leadership and other departments, to execute marketing and sales strategies, ensuring cohesive and effective event and business plan delivery. • Performance Metrics and Evaluation: Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of marketing initiatives and events, conducting thorough evaluations and providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. • Budget and Resource Management: Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for events and marketing initiatives, ensuring financial efficiency, alignment with business objectives, and compliance with relevant regulations, while fostering innovation and maintaining brand integrity. Job Contribution: Oversees operational aspects of the department, focusing on the day-to-day management of related initiatives. This role is primarily concerned with the implementation and execution of strategies developed by higher management. Typically leads entry-level and career-level staff within the organization. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
