Job Summary Nightwing is searching for an Associate Director with a broad range of skills to assist in transforming business operations for a large organization. This leader should have strong program management skills to effectively manage these transformational activities. They will develop a program focused management structure and lead a team of 150+ engineers who work across the full spectrum of Computer Network Operations (CNO) to include vulnerability research, cyber capability development, software engineering, system engineering, and data analytics. This leader will also facilitate growth across the organization through support to business development activities, recruiting, and proposal management. Role Type: This position is an onsite role

Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, a PMP Certification, and 12 + years of Program Management experience with the ability to manage large technical teams to deliver solutions to a dynamic customer base.
  • Must have experience establishing organizational structures to meet changing business needs.
  • Experience establishing organizational structures to meet changing business needs.
  • Experience managing budgets and allocating resources to meet organizational/customer requirements
  • Experience supporting all phases of capture and proposal development including leadership roles.
  • Experience with multiple acquisition and contract structures including joint ventures.
  • Active in industry organizations such as AFCEA and Fort Meade Alliance
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to impact a geographically dispersed workforce
  • Demonstrates a strong affinity for organizational growth, actively seeking opportunities to contribute beyond immediate responsibilities and align personal development with the company’s long-term vision
  • Must have an active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
