As Associate Director, Web Operations, you will own end to end production, establish fit for purpose standards and processes, and serve as a key partner across Integrated Marketing Operations, agency partners, and cross functional stakeholders. Leading globally distributed teams, you will continuously elevate web operations to enable greater agility, speed, and execution excellence—helping the organization operate more strategically in service of improving patients’ lives. This position can be based remotely anywhere in the U.S. (there may be some restrictions based on legal entity). Please note that this role would not provide relocation as a result. The expectation of working hours and travel (domestic and/or international) will be defined by the hiring manager. This position will require up to 5% travel.
