This remote Associate Director, Talent Management/Talent Partner, Group Functions will be crucial in supporting Group Functions (including Legal, Contracts and Compliance, Product Strategy, Chief Digital Office, Finance, and the Transformation Management Office) by developing and executing talent strategies, with a focus on succession planning, employee retention, and engagement. Talent Partners are customer-focused, collaborative, innovative, and driven, building relationships and acting as thought leaders on talent and organizational strategy. This role reports to the Director, Global Talent Management and involves partnering with Group Functions business and HR leaders, as well as other Communities of Expertise across P&W.
