About The Position

About the team: The Talent Planning team drives enterprise-wide talent strategy by delivering structured processes, tools, and insights to evaluate and develop leadership pipelines. The team ensures clear visibility into talent strength, readiness, and risk, enabling informed leadership decisions. By prioritizing strategic initiatives and fostering collaboration with stakeholders, the team supports effective talent management and development. Their work enhances leadership capabilities and aligns talent resources with business objectives, contributing to the organization’s long-term success through thoughtful planning and execution.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in talent management, including talent planning, development, and strategic prioritization.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and communication strategies to engage and influence audiences.
  • Ability to analyze business objectives and customer needs to develop and implement effective talent strategies.
  • Skilled in driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of learning and accountability.
  • Aptitude for building partnerships and networks to support business goals and talent initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Political Science, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field and 5 years’ experience in workforce development, learning development, human resources, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in workforce development, learning development, human resources, or related area.
  • 3 years’ supervisory experience

Responsibilities

  • Direct and prioritize talent planning portfolio, setting strategies, timelines, and deliverables to meet project goals.
  • Oversee performance management and change management processes, ensuring adequate staffing, resource allocation, and budget adherence of the Talent planning team.
  • Lead communication strategies by engaging stakeholders, providing project updates, and managing feedback throughout project lifecycles.
  • Develop and implement talent attraction, retention, and development strategies in partnership with business leaders.
  • Analyze business objectives and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities and support resource planning.
  • Foster a culture of integrity, coaching, and continuous learning to build high-performing teams and talent pipelines.

  • The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
