About The Position

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree. Minimum of 6 years of related functional experience within Quality with demonstrated expertise Quality Systems & Compliance, Medical Device Manufacturing. Minimum of 4 years of direct management experience leading teams across a highly matrixed organization. Experience in medical device new product development and manufacturing of finished devices. Engineering or manufacturing background with ability to understand technical concepts/models. Experience with large scale quality systems and methods that support product and customer needs, including quality system integrations, functional experience with product development and manufacturing processes. 10-20% of Domestic and International travel. Advanced degree in Engineering, Regulatory or relevant medical device domain. Executive presence, comfortable presenting and collaborating with Senior Leaders as a Quality Advisor. Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement experience or certification Experience working x-functionally with Asia Pacific regions and suppliers. Experience leading enterprise or global change initiatives, including process harmonization, digital quality systems, or organizational transformation. Financial experience, creating and managing to achieve AOP. Experience managing high‑impact product performance issues, including field issues, complaints, and field actions.
