The Associate Director, Offer Development position at Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc., Strategic Customer Group (SCG), is responsible for the creation, negotiation, and management of contracts between JJHCS and Provider Channel customers. This role requires close collaboration with various internal stakeholders including Pricing Strategy, Account Management, Law Department, Contract Strategy & Analytics, and Enterprise Contract Management to implement approved contracting strategies with Payer Channel customers. The individual will primarily align with the Director of Payer Offer Development. Johnson & Johnson, through its Innovative Medicine and MedTech expertise, focuses on healthcare innovation to prevent, treat, and cure complex diseases, developing smarter and less invasive treatments, and personal solutions. JJHCS provides contracting, account management, and customer services to key healthcare customers such as hospital systems, group purchasing organizations (GPOs), health plans, pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), specialized pharmacy providers (SPPs), and government health care institutions. The company also manages contract, logistics, and supply chain functions for major Johnson & Johnson franchises.
