Job Description Lead the development of annual Tech Ops goals in close partnership with the Tech Ops Leadership Team Develop an extensive approach in compiling progress on Tech Ops goals, including report-outs to senior stakeholders on key insights Lead the PPM Center of Excellence to support the development and deployment of key portfolio management initiatives (i.e.., resource planning, project intake process) Oversee and report out on Tech Ops KPIs for Quarterly Business Reviews Lead monthly TechOps KPI dashboard preparation and reporting to TOLT Lead assigned department initiatives Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Doctorate and 2+ years of relevant experience OR Master’s and 6+ years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s and 8+ years of relevant experience

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledgeable with cGMP manufacturing as well as regulatory regulations and requirements for pharmaceuticals and/or devices
  • Able to express ideas and present information effectively within teams, functions, and with external partners
  • Excellent financial acumen.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and technology skills, including proficiency in project planning instruments, content management instruments, and Microsoft Office Suite – thorough Excel, spreadsheet acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to review and update processes or procedures.
  • Experience in strategic planning
  • Ability to communicate and work independently with scientific/technical personnel.
  • Proficient in preparing and delivering presentations for senior stakeholders
  • Must be able to work on multiple assignments simultaneously and demonstrate organizational, prioritization, and time management proficiencies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of annual Tech Ops goals in close partnership with the Tech Ops Leadership Team
