Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. is recruiting for an Associate Director, Pricing Strategy for the Strategic Customer Group (SCG). This position is in Horsham, PA and will support the Oncology Solid Tumor Lung Portfolio Value, Access and Pricing business. The Strategic Customer Group is responsible for the development and execution of strategies that ensure optimal access and reimbursement for the J&J portfolio. Key stakeholders include health plans, health systems, hospital, oncology community practices, oncology physician group purchasing organizations and distribution intermediaries. The Strategic Pricing Associate Director will be responsible for developing and supporting the pricing strategy for the Solid Tumor Lung Portfolio (Rybrevant & Lazcluze), while also contributing to pricing launch strategies for future assets and indications within the Oncology Solid Tumor Lung portfolio and potentially supporting select cross‑portfolio initiatives; this highly visible and strategically critical role will help shape both current and future Oncology Solid Tumor pricing approaches.
