Key stakeholders include U.S. health plans, health systems, hospital and community physician practices, group purchasing organizations, and distribution intermediaries. The Associate Director, Pricing Strategy is a highly visible and strategically critical role responsible for owning and evolving U.S. pricing and contracting strategy for an FcRn inhibitor across inline and future indications. The role requires balancing near‑term commercial execution with long‑term franchise strategy, ensuring pricing decisions support access, competitive positioning, and sustainable value as the asset matures. This individual will operate at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution, with direct accountability for managing existing commercial contracts, responding to changing competitive dynamics, and shaping pricing architecture as the portfolio expands. The role may also contribute selectively to cross‑portfolio pricing initiatives as the Autoantibody franchise evolves.
