The Associate Director, Platform Solutions leads across multiple enterprise accounts, setting the discovery-to-adoption operating model, owning the Value Scorecard strategy by client, and partnering with Product, L&D, and Client Services to deliver tangible early value and long-term success. This is a 3-6 month contract opportunity, with the potential for extension.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in marketing operations, ad tech/martech consulting, or Platform Solutions; 5+ years leading multi-account delivery teams.
  • Deep knowledge of digital media activation workflows and related buying, tracking, and billing platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience driving adoption and value realization; expert stakeholder and change management.
  • Strong product partnership and configuration oversight; hands-on familiarity with SIT/UAT practices.
  • Agile mindset; excellent communication and executive presence.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Platform Solutions portfolio: discovery strategy, solution design standards, adoption playbooks, and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead executive discovery and solutioning; identify pain points, barriers, and change impacts; ensure lessons from past deployments inform current plans.
  • Set and govern Value Scorecard methodology; tie platform capabilities to client business value and track realization.
  • Oversee configuration, data readiness, SIT, and UAT readiness at scale; define quality gates for go-live.
  • Partner with Product to surface and prioritize product gaps; influence roadmap with client-backed evidence.
  • Build collateral with L&D and Client Services for onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement.
  • Manage team performance and resource allocation; cultivate a positive, high-accountability culture.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to executive stakeholders; run steering/working forums.
