About The Position

We are seeking a Paid Search Associate Director who can confidently lead client relationships while also rolling up their sleeves to execute campaigns. This role requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on management. You’ll be responsible for guiding client strategy, overseeing performance, and ensuring flawless execution of paid search campaigns from end to end. The ideal candidate thrives in a client-facing role, can distill data into actionable insights, and knows how to turn strategy into measurable results. Depending on your location, this role could be hybrid (NYC, Nashville, LA, San Francisco, Miami) or remote.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant paid search experience.
  • Hands-on experience in managing monthly campaign budgets of $500k+.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, SA360, and Google Analytics.

Nice To Haves

  • Google Ads certification a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client contact for paid search strategy and performance discussions.
  • Develop and present strategic roadmaps, testing plans, and growth opportunities tailored to client goals.
  • Proactively identify areas for optimization and innovation across accounts.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of paid search campaigns, including account setup, budget pacing, optimization, and reporting.
  • Actively manage campaigns using Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, SA360, and Google Analytics.
  • Monitor performance across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other search platforms to ensure KPIs are met.
  • Translate insights into actionable next steps that drive measurable client impact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign execution aligns with client objectives.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, ensuring best practices are consistently applied.
  • Deliver clear, data-driven performance reports and insights to clients.
  • Recommend testing strategies, budget allocation shifts, and bid strategy adjustments based on performance trends.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting.
