About The Position

The Associate Director of Organization Development (OD) & Employee Relations (ER) is a strategic HR leader responsible for driving initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, optimize workforce effectiveness, and foster an engaging, high-performance workplace. This role combines expertise in organization development with deep employee relations acumen to shape programs that enhance leadership capability, employee engagement, and workplace equity while proactively managing employee relations to minimize risk and build trust across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's preferred.
  • 8-10+ years of progressive HR/OD/ER experience
  • Strong expertise in organization development, leadership development, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Proven track record in handling complex employee relations issues with discretion, fairness, and legal compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders, influence decision-making, and drive change in complex organizations.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to design and implement organization development strategies that align with business objectives and support cultural transformation.
  • Lead talent management, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
  • Assess organizational needs and design interventions to improve team effectiveness, collaboration, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Oversee employee engagement surveys, action planning, and organizational health diagnostics.
  • Facilitate annual performance management and promotion cycles with reference to company policy
  • Liaison between US and Corporate OD team to implement key global initiatives such as cultural transformation
  • Lead the employee relations function, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant resolution of workplace issues.
  • Advise leaders on complex employee relations matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and investigations.
  • Establish proactive ER programs that foster employee trust, open communication, and inclusivity.
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, and HRBPs to mitigate risk and uphold organizational policies and values.
  • Track and analyze ER trends to identify systemic issues and recommend policy or process improvements.
