You will engage US Brand teams, agencies, and cross-functional partners to champion innovative omnichannel marketing campaigns for healthcare professionals and consumers. Accountabilities: As an Omnichannel Strategist, you'll be responsible for delivering a sound strategic approach to the customer experience across digital and non-digital channels, focusing on personalized campaigns that support brand objectives and compliance requirements. You will partner with and educate stakeholders about HCP and consumer experiences, omnichannel strategies, and advanced capabilities for connected campaigns that deliver on brand strategic priorities. You will continuously monitor and evaluate brand campaigns for data-driven performance optimizations. Your strong business acumen and expertise in leveraging a unified strategy to create innovative omnichannel campaigns will be crucial in delivering impactful customer experiences that drive business results. Essential Skills/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 5-7 years of experience in a relevant Marketing or Strategy role Proven track record in delivering integrated marketing programs with measured outcomes Knowledge of digital and non-digital channels such as: media, email, SMS, web, direct mail, print, SEM, social, salesforce, events Ability to lead and influence strategic recommendations, solutions, optimizations, and decisions Measurement & analytics with focus on strategic insights to inform optimization strategies Proven track record of leading teams without positional authority Desirable Skills/Experience: Advanced Degree in a relevant field Demonstrated leadership and coordination of cross-functional teams to deliver single cohesive strategy Healthcare/Pharmaceutical marketing experience with focus on personal and non-personal promotional channels Media/Advertising agency experience Familiarity with agile ways of working Business requirement gathering experience Customer relationship management (CRM) experience Why AstraZeneca?
