We are seeking an experienced Omnichannel Strategist to help design, implement, and optimize customer engagement strategies across digital, field, and in-person touchpoints. This role is internal-facing, working closely with brand, marketing, analytics, and technology teams to ensure omnichannel programs are data-driven, insight-led, and seamlessly orchestrated. The ideal candidate combines strategic consulting skills with hands-on execution experience—able to frame big-picture strategies while also rolling up their sleeves to translate those strategies into actionable programs. Comfort with data, BI tools, persona development, and AI-enabled strategy design is critical.
