The Associate Director of Talent (ADOT) serves as a strategic business partner and member of the Talent Team. Reporting to Chief Talent Officer (CTO), the ADOT will collaborate with the CTO to build a strong and inclusive culture and implement the organization’s strategic goals related to the employee value proposition, talent acquisition, benefits, learning and development, performance management, retention, and other talent related projects. The ADOT anticipates Joybound’s talent needs and designs processes, policies, programs, and systems that support Joybound’s mission and goals.
