In this role, you will own and scale Circadiaâs hiring engine, partnering closely with Clinical Operations, Executive Leadership, Product Design Engineering, and Go-to-Market functions to ensure we attract, assess, and onboard world-class talentâprimarily Nurse Practitioners, Physicians (MD/DO), Engineers, and Customer Successâto support our rapid growth across post-acute care. Our technology is only as powerful as the clinicians and operators who bring it to life. As we expand nationally across skilled nursing, home health, and virtual care, we need a leader who can build and scale a world-class clinical talent engineâwhile also architecting the People infrastructure that supports retention, engagement, and operational excellence.
