About The Position

At Leading Educators, we believe that excellent teaching transforms student outcomes. Our mission is to partner with school systems to sustain the teaching, leadership, and conditions for every student to succeed. Behind every successful hire that advances our mission is a seamless, well-orchestrated talent acquisition operation—and that's where you come in. As Associate Director of Talent Acquisition Operations, you'll be the operational architect powering our recruiting and hiring engine. You'll own the systems, workflows, and processes that keep our talent acquisition moving with precision and consistency. From managing the recruiting intake desk to orchestrating complex hiring timelines, from coordinating pre-hire compliance to stewarding our contractor network, you'll ensure every hiring process runs smoothly and every candidate moves efficiently through our pipeline. This is the role for someone who thrives in building systems, solving operational puzzles, and taking pride in the behind-the-scenes excellence that makes everything else possible. You'll partner closely with our Managing Director of People and Talent and Director of Talent Acquisition and Operations to continuously strengthen how we acquire talent. You'll also lead the charge in identifying opportunities to embed AI-enabled workflows into our recruiting operations, helping us work smarter and more efficiently. If you're energized by operational excellence, strategic thinking, and the chance to directly impact how we build our team, this role offers the perfect platform for your expertise.
