The University of Tampa, a medium sized, comprehensive, private university is seeking to fill the position of Associate Director of Service and Leadership Development. This position supports the development of community engagement, responsible citizenship education, student volunteerism and service, and peer co-curricular advising that are grounded in student learning outcomes. This position is a member of the Office of Community Engagement, and reports to the Director of Community Engagement. The Associate Director of Service and Leadership Development is a full-time, 12-month, non-exempt position in the Office of Student Affairs. The Associate Director serves as an Office of Student Affairs member. This position will uphold the values of data-informed practice, sense of belonging, overall well-being, professional staff development, retention and persistence, and Spartan Ready® culture. The work of this position will intentionally align with strategic focus areas to advance the mission and vision of Student Affairs, which results in student learning and support for students to grow as global citizens.
