Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services with two years’ experience in Human Services with one year supervisory experience or High School Diploma with six years working in the Human Services with at least one year supervisory experience. Experience supporting Individuals with disability preferred. QIDP preferred.
- CPR & 1st Aid preferred - will train right candidates
- Valid NY Driver’s License
- Ability to lift 35 lbs

Responsibilities
- Provide direct oversight to residential services.
- Train and develop leadership staff.
- Monitor progress on individual’s goals.
- Provide appropriate oversight of all financial transactions, medication and medical needs.
