About The Position

As an Associate Director in the ED Billing department at LogixHealth, you will work with internal teams to provide cutting edge solutions that will directly improve the healthcare industry. You’ll contribute to our fast-paced, collaborative environment and bring your expertise to oversee and manage the ED Billing staff. The ideal candidate will have proven managerial skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and healthcare knowledge.

Requirements

• Review, organize, and file IDR emails and complete responses
• Proven management skills for large multi-task groups of employees
• Prior word processing, spreadsheet, and internet software experience including proficiency with MS Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 10 years third party billing experience

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper training of new and existing staff
• Monitor the day-to-day tasks for ED Billing follow-up
• Develop new processes and reinforce existing processes
• Work with department Managers to resolve issues
• Review staff audits
