About The Position

The Associate Director, Media Excellence Lead, Omnichannel Insights & Execution will play a critical role in developing and executing omnichannel marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive business outcomes. This role combines customer insights, data analytics, and campaign execution, ensuring that omnichannel initiatives are aligned with broader business goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and IT, to create a seamless and personalized customer experience across multiple channels.

Requirements

  • Expertise in customer segmentation, journey mapping, and personalization strategies across multiple touchpoints.
  • Strong data analytics background, with proficiency in analytics tools (Crossix, Google Marketing Suite, etc.) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Expertise in Media data (i.e. placement naming convention descriptions, creative coding, media metrics, etc.) and KPIs that relate back to marketing objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage marketing technology (e.g., CDPs, CMS, social media tools) to enhance omnichannel execution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams and influence senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex projects and drive organizational change
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8–12 years of experience in digital media, marketing, or customer experience with a focus on omnichannel strategies, analytics, and execution.
  • Hands-on experience managing omnichannel campaigns that span multiple platforms (e.g., digital, social media, email, mobile, offline channels).
  • Deep understanding of Marketing Mix, Multi-Touch Attribution, and other analytical methods used to measure campaign success
  • Proven track record of enabling data-driven decision-making at a senior leadership level

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of omnichannel marketing strategies that integrate digital and traditional channels.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Director and other stakeholders to refine and optimize customer journeys, ensuring a cohesive and seamless experience across all touchpoints.
  • Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and segmentation to generate actionable insights that guide marketing strategy and improve customer experiences.
  • Drive continuous optimization using tools, including Campaign Manager, Crossix, NPI-level data, and GA360 to ensure that the right message is delivered to the right customer at the right time
  • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to track campaign performance and ROI across all channels.
  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns, ensuring campaigns are launched on time, within budget, and take into account prior learnings.
  • Connect digital customer interactions with offline/in-person behaviors to optimize the customer journey and measure impact of marketing efforts.
  • Ensure effective integration of content, design, and messaging across all channels (e.g., email, digital ads, social media, direct mail, mobile) to create consistent customer experiences across all platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, IT, Digital Marketing) to coordinate campaign logistics, drive alignment on omnichannel strategies/business goals, and ensure seamless execution across systems and platforms.
  • Serve as the center of excellence for media across the organization, fostering a culture of data-driven decision making, sharing best practices across the SMPA portfolio.
  • Support in Marketing Mix and Multi-Touch Attribution Analysis, ensuring results are actionable and that scenarios can be performed to weigh tradeoffs and benefits of budget optimizations.
  • Continuously monitor and assess campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Use customer insights and performance data to refine campaigns, increase customer engagement, and improve conversion rates.
  • Develop NPP Measurement Frameworks and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) in order to present actionable recommendations for campaign adjustments to senior leadership.
  • Support the mapping and optimization of customer journeys across all digital and offline touchpoints to deliver personalized and relevant experiences.
  • Assist in identifying gaps in the customer experience and propose solutions to enhance engagement at various stages of the journey.
  • Assist in managing projects related to omnichannel campaigns, ensuring timelines and milestones are met, and results are measureable.
  • Help mentor and guide junior team members, providing support and resources to help them succeed.
