About The Position

The Mendoza College of Business is seeking an enthusiastic, relationship-driven Associate Director of Admissions (MBA) to join our Graduate Admissions team. Reporting to the Associate Director of Admissions, MBA, this role is instrumental in attracting, evaluating, and enrolling talented students across our portfolio of graduate business programs. You will serve as a key ambassador for the Notre Dame experience—engaging prospective students, collaborating with campus partners, and shaping incoming classes that reflect our mission and values.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
5 to 6 years of relevant experience (specifically in higher education)
Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations, public speaking, building rapport and establishing trust quickly, analyze data and glean insights, proactive and persistent in approach.
