About The Position

Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives for Skyrizi in Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA) in Rheumatology ranging from asset specific to broader cross-functional portfolio focused initiatives. The role will serve as the subject matter expert for the Brand Team and will be highly integrated with internal cross functional partners on a regular basis (including Sales, Medical, Regulatory, HEOR, Market Access, Market Research and Analytics, Training). This role develops and leads effective marketing strategies that are impactful, executable by Sales partners, easily communicated and clinically/financially supported for areas of responsibility (product, indication, channel, marketing mix, etc.). Candidates should demonstrate the ability to lead without authority as well as lead direct reports, have an innovative mindset to advance ways of working across large teams, be competent in managing multiple projects and developing and delivering presentations to Immunology leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 5+ years of biopharmaceutical marketing experience, Immunology leadership preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with proven past experiences in writing Strategic documents
  • Strong collaboration and team orientation, with experience accomplishing results through others and by influencing others
  • Proven marketing experience with increased proficiency in marketing skills

Nice To Haves

  • MBA preferred.
  • Previous cross franchise/cross channel marketing experience preferred
  • Foundational understanding of US Market Access helpful

Responsibilities

  • Oversee HCP personal promotion for Skyrizi PsA in Rheumatology
  • Grow Skyrizi PsA market share, brand perceptions, awareness, and message recall
  • Collaborate with PsA Medical, HEOR, and Regulatory to bring forward new data and messaging into market
  • Lead market research specific to Skyrizi PsA HCP messaging and promotion
  • Lead and develop direct reports supporting Skyrizi PsA personal promotion
  • Lead Skyrizi PsA brand planning overseeing strategic evolution and tactical plans
  • Partner with Rheumatology Training team to inform and influence training content for sales meetings
  • Participate in Rheumatology PsA IBT representing Skyrizi PsA commercial team
  • Effectively partner with marketing peers on pan-Rheumatology initiatives maintaining an enterprise mindset, in addition to Skyrizi Derm peers on pan-PsA initiatives
  • Support competitive readiness for PsA market events
  • Influence business leaders and effectively collaborate cross-functionally to deliver business results
  • Budget management for Skyrizi PsA personal promotion
  • Agency relations and management
