About The Position

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience in marketing, strategy, or related roles
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced data literacy and ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing strategic initiatives and plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level presentations and strategy documents
  • Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and define solutions autonomously
  • Strong curiosity about the marketing landscape and emerging trends in the travel or consumer industries

Responsibilities

  • Gather and synthesize internal and external data to inform strategic marketing decisions
  • Develop high-level strategy documents for key initiatives such as international marketing expansion, customer acquisition, and product development
  • Lead cross-functional execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring insights are translated into measurable actions
  • Partner with marketing channel owners to provide research, intelligence, and strategy support for optimizing channel roadmaps
  • Serve as a thought partner to Marketing Leadership, providing analysis, guidance, and strategic oversight
  • Influence and align stakeholders across finance, strategy, and marketing functions to drive business outcomes
