We are currently seeking a Director - IP Marketing Strategy to join our Brand & Integrated Marketing Strategy team, based in our New York, New York office. The Director, IP Marketing Strategy will oversee 360-degree consumer marketing campaign strategies associated with the launch and exploitation of original and acquired content for AMCN brands. Responsible for building overarching, clearly defined, and cohesive strategies that support company goals and initiatives, while increasing viewership and engagement. Working across disciplines, the director will evaluate, plan, organize, and manage, all initiatives in an effort to achieve campaign objectives while strengthening AMCN’s position in the market. This role requires an inspirational leader and collaborator who is detail oriented and has excellent organizational, budgetary, personnel management, communication, strategic, and client relationship skills. Proven to work well under pressure, tight budgets, deadlines, and campaign and organizational change. Consumer marketing knowledge, leadership experience, proven strategy expertise, and campaign management background is a must. A creative eye and deep knowledge and love of the entertainment space and current pop culture is preferred. Reporting to the VP, IP Marketing Strategy this role is responsible for helping build and execute brand consumer marketing strategies driving to linear and streaming goals that ladder up to corporate Goals, Strategies and Tactics (GSTs) for AMCN.
