Associate Director - Marketing (Base) (Multiple Positions)

About The Position

As an Associate Director, Marketing, you will lead brand and portfolio strategy while driving commercial results across a portfolio of products. You will own short‑ and long‑term planning, guide cross‑functional teams through execution and commercialization, and help set the strategic direction that fuels sustainable growth. In this role, you will balance big‑picture thinking with strong business fundamentals, partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Insights, Innovation, and Operations. You will also play a key leadership role, coaching and developing talent while fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and performance.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to define long‑term strategic direction while effectively managing day‑to‑day execution
  • Experience building and delivering strategic growth plans across both top‑ and bottom‑line results
  • Strong business acumen, with expertise in demand forecasting, consumption analysis (POS and panel), and P&L management
  • Demonstrated success driving demand across the full marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion) and coaching others to do the same
  • Experience leading, developing, and motivating teams, with a passion for talent development and culture building
  • Strong leadership, communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence across a matrixed organization

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire cross‑functional teams to deliver plans in support of brand and business objectives
  • Own a portfolio of products with accountability for volume, profit, and market share results
  • Lead the annual business planning cycle, including multi‑year strategy, annual brand and operating plans, category stories, and A&C budget management
  • Oversee core business fundamentals, including consumption analysis, pricing, demand forecasting, and P&L management
  • Partner with Sales and Strategy teams on day‑to-day commercial management and innovation sell‑in
  • Deliver commercialization efforts across innovation, renovation, quality improvement, and cost‑reduction initiatives
  • Partner with Communications and Innovation teams to execute integrated marketing activations and build future pipeline
