In this vital role the Associate Director, Incentive Compensation Design & Analytics plays a key role in driving commercial performance for the Rare Disease Business Unit by leading the strategy, design, and governance of incentive compensation programs. This role ensures compensation plans align with brand strategy, business priorities, and field force objectives while reinforcing behaviors that support strong commercial outcomes. The Associate Director serves as a strategic advisor to commercial leadership on incentive compensation strategy, providing insights and recommendations that support business performance and field engagement. The role is responsible for the end to end management of incentive compensation programs, including plan design, implementation, analytics, and ongoing optimization. This position partners closely with sales leadership and cross functional stakeholders to develop incentive strategies that motivate the field organization, maintain fairness and transparency, and support data driven decision making. The role also oversees incentive compensation administration and operational delivery for the business unit. This role follows a flexible commuter model with on site work 2 to 3 days per week at either the Thousand Oaks, CA or Deerfield, IL office. Candidates located near these offices are preferred, though remote candidates may be considered. This position reports to the Director, Incentive Compensation.
