The Associate Director, HR - Org Effectiveness, Culture & Change Leader serves as a strategic integrator supporting RTX Operations and Supply Chain HR leadership. This role drives disciplined execution of transformation initiatives while ensuring cultural adoption, workforce readiness, and sustainable change across the enterprise. The incumbent partners with HRBP, Operations, Supply Chain, HR Communities of Expertise (Talent, Workforce Planning, Learning), and enterprise stakeholders to align workforce strategies with business priorities and provide senior leaders with clear visibility into progress, risks, and interdependencies across major initiatives.
