Summary: Responsible for the successful design, development, maintenance and over-all implementation of select educational programs, focusing on employee benefits for the corporate sector. This involves fostering positive relationships with volunteer speakers and attendees, evaluating the effectiveness of educational sessions through attendee feedback and providing guidance to speakers for continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include budget oversight for meeting logistics, collaboration with meeting managers, and supporting volunteer committees as a staff advisor. Additionally, this role will be representing and raising awareness of the Foundation through relationship management and engagement with employers, benefit funds and industry stakeholders, while serving as a source for industry insight, content and programs, services, partnerships, and new customer opportunities. This position may also contribute to the development of new programming and represent the organization at industry events.
