We are currently looking for an Educational Programs Specialist to join our team and rise to the challenge of empowering service. Position Highlights: Coordinate the development, launch and implementation of Lions Quest in new areas within the designated regions. Manages the growth of existing Lions Quest programs in assigned region(s). Collaborates with Lions and other stakeholders, including key partners, to advance the growth of Lions Quest programs worldwide.

Requirements

  • BS or BA or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience working in education required, either through teaching or program management.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

  • Experience working in program development preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee program growth and operations in assigned region working with local stakeholders to promote, implement and/or grow Lions Quest programs. Ensure programmatic sustainability.
  • Conduct presentations to educate Lions on the Lions Quest program and promote the program through marketing initiatives and attendance at Lions events.
  • Serves as main point of contact for stakeholders in assigned region. Conducts worksite visits as necessary.
  • Provides counsel and guidance to stakeholders to ensure successful launch of new pilot programs. Responds to requests for information from Lions and others.
  • Collaborate with team members to support key LCIF partner relationships, including governmental agencies, universities, evaluators and potential funders. Represents LCIF at conferences and events. Identifies new partnership opportunities.
  • Works with team members to develop informational and training materials for Lions and others, including webinars, presentation materials, marketing material, implementation guides and field tools.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing professional publication, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional organizations as appropriate to field.
  • Review and process grant applications for Community Partnership and Promotional grant programs. Prepare summaries for approval by Foundation leadership and provide guidance on implementation of approved projects. Participate in cross-functional teams to encourage collaboration in different Constitutional areas.
