Immunome is a clinical-stage targeted oncology company committed to developing first-in-class and best-in-class targeted cancer therapies. We are advancing an innovative portfolio of therapeutics, drawing on leadership that previously played key roles in the design, development, and commercialization of cutting-edge therapies, including antibody-drug conjugate therapies. Our pipeline includes varegacestat, a late-clinical stage GSI; IM-1021, a clinical-stage ROR1 ADC; and IM-3050, a FAP-targeted radiotherapy that recently received IND clearance. We are also advancing a broad portfolio of early stage ADCs pursuing undisclosed solid tumor targets. As a member of Immunome’s Legal team, the Associate Director, Contracts Attorney will play a critical role in supporting and scaling the Company’s contracting function. This position is hands-on and execution-focused, with responsibility for drafting, negotiating, and managing a broad range of commercial, clinical, and operational agreements that enable Immunome’s research, development, and corporate objectives. The ideal candidate is solutions-oriented, highly organized, and collaborative, with a strong internal client-service mindset. This individual will bring demonstrated experience managing contract workflows, developing and maintaining contract templates and playbooks, and supporting contract lifecycle management systems. Reporting to the Senior Director, Contracts Counsel, the Contracts Attorney will work closely with cross-functional partners to protect the Company’s legal interests while facilitating efficient, practical, and business-aligned contracting processes.
