Associate Director – Aspen Grove Administration This role offers a unique opportunity to help lead and shape the experience at Aspen Grove Family Camp and Conference Center as the Associate Director over Administration. In this position, you’ll play a key role in guiding overall operations—spanning finance, human resources, marketing, business strategy, data analytics, and information systems—while also supporting the day-to-day success of our office, store, and arts & crafts programs. You’ll collaborate across teams to drive innovation, strengthen operations, and enhance the experience for every guest who visits Aspen Grove.

Requirements

  • A firm commitment to the mission of BYU.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4+ years of management experience

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s Degree (MBA preferred)
  • 8+ years of management experience

Responsibilities

  • Controls and safeguards all Aspen Grove resources
  • Prepares and manages budgets and financial statements, providing key analysis and insight into finances.
  • Supervises and trains employees to ensure financial controls are universally implemented
  • Oversees marketing strategy and execution, including campaigns, brand management, and audience targeting
  • Conducts Market research, overseeing the collection and interpretation of data and identifying ways to improve the business, focusing on expanding revenue sources.
  • Measures and works to improve Aspen Grove’s net promoter score
  • Oversees the hiring, training, and termination of all staff and student employees
  • Handles personnel problems, administers personnel policies, and ensures compliance with labor laws
  • Oversees the management of the office, the store and arts & crafts, ensuring guests experience professional customer service at all times
  • Ensures all technology and information systems of Aspen Groves
