About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Digital Solutions Designer with a strong background in software development and applied innovation to join our team. This role is ideal for a technically skilled problem-solver who is passionate about building scalable digital solutions that drive operational efficiency and enable future AI and data-driven capabilities. As a n Associate Digital Solutions Designer , you will design and develop modern applications across multiple frameworks. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business challenges into technical solutions and rapidly prototype new tools . You will also present concepts, prototypes, and technical solutions to diverse audiences, clearly communicating value, functionality, and impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Software Engineering, or related technical field
• Proven ability to deliver accurate work products in a cross-functional matrix environment, managing multiple competing priorities.
• Experience applying design thinking methodologies to solve complex business problems .
• Strong ability to translate ambiguous challenges into structured concepts, prototypes, and user-centered solutions
• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes (e.g. Figma or similar tool)
• Experience collaborating with developers to translate designs into functional applications
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on digital solutions
• Strong visual communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Understanding of user research methods and usability testing principles
• Familiarity with modern web/mobile development frameworks and system architecture concepts
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation -driven environment with evolving priorities

Responsibilities

• Utilize time management skills to deliver successful software product designs and prototypes within timelines outlined.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and peers to identify business challenges and present proposed design solutions via high-fidelity wireframes.
• Leverage software development lifecycle best practices to design and develop web and mobile solutions, while rapidly prototyping and iterating on innovative digital tools to solve complex business and operational challenges.
• Advocate for user experience best practices and keep up to date with industry trends in UX and UI design .
• Present concepts, prototypes, and technical solutions to cross-functional teams and leadership, clearly articulating business value, technical approach, and expected impact .
