About The Position

Postmedia is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to fill the full-time position of Digital Marketing Solutions Specialist. We are an expanding team that actively promotes a culture of collaboration in everything we undertake. The ideal candidate is a highly experienced digital marketing professional (Client Strategy Lead / Digital Strategist / Media Strategist or Planner), a Bachelors degree in Marketing or relevant field and minimum of 3 years of experience at an agency. You have excellent knowledge of analytics tools and campaign evaluation metrics along with exceptional client communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead integrated digital marketing strategies that go the distance, connecting audience insight, creativity, and performance to exceed client business goals.
  • Bring technical depth and marketing intuition to every conversation, complementing our Account Executive team with data-driven thinking and solution-oriented recommendations that deliver long-term impact.
  • Be the strategic voice clients trust, building confidence through proactive communication, clear direction, and exceptional execution across all business lines.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader, providing the insight and perspective that inspire clients and strengthen Postmedia’s position as a digital marketing authority.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with a multitude of teams to translate client objectives into cohesive, measurable campaign strategies.
  • Craft and deliver compelling presentations that bring strategies to life, combining audience research, analytics, and creative vision to clearly articulate the “why” behind every recommendation.
