Our Practice Support Model Provo Family Dentistry partners with Accelerate Dental, a non-corporate dental support organization. Simply put, Accelerate provides behind-the-scenes support, including recruiting, HR, payroll, and operational resources so the doctor and clinical team can stay focused on patient care, collaboration, and creating a positive work environment. This is not a corporate dentistry model. You will work directly for Provo Family Dentistry, alongside the same doctor and team each day, while benefiting from additional resources designed to support growth, mentorship, and long-term success for both the practice and its providers.

Requirements

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active Utah dental license (or eligibility)
  • Strong interest in comprehensive general dentistry
  • Commitment to patient-centered, ethical care
  • Growth mindset and desire to continue developing clinically
  • Team-oriented and collaborative

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages
  • Diagnose and treat conditions using restorative, preventive, and surgical techniques
  • Present and discuss comprehensive treatment plans
  • Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
  • Build long-term patient relationships centered on trust and comfort
  • Work closely with a highly supportive clinical and administrative team
