Yellowstone Dental Associates partners with Accelerate Dental, a non-corporate dental support organization. Simply put, Accelerate provides behind-the-scenes support, including recruiting, HR, payroll, and operational resources so the doctor and clinical team can stay focused on patient care, collaboration, and creating a positive work environment. This is not a corporate dentistry model. You will work directly for Yellowstone Dental Associates, alongside the same doctor and team each day, while benefiting from additional resources designed to support growth, mentorship, and long-term success for both the practice and its providers.

Requirements

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active Idaho dental license (or eligibility)
  • Strong interest in comprehensive general dentistry
  • Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Desire to grow professionally, with interest in future partnership

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages
  • Perform exams, cleanings, restorations, extractions, and treatment planning
  • Deliver preventive and advanced procedures with confidence and compassion
  • Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
  • Collaborate with an experienced clinical and support team
  • Contribute to a positive, teamwork-focused practice culture
