About the Practice & Support Model Art City Dental partners with Accelerate Dental, a non-corporate dental support organization. Simply put, Accelerate provides behind-the-scenes support, including recruiting, HR, payroll, and operational resources so the doctor and clinical team can stay focused on patient care, collaboration, and creating a positive work environment. This is not a corporate dentistry model. You will work directly for Art City Dental, alongside the same doctor and team each day, while benefiting from additional resources designed to support growth, mentorship, and long-term success for both the practice and its providers.

Requirements

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active Utah dental license (or eligibility)
  • Strong foundation in comprehensive general dentistry
  • Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care
  • Growth mindset and desire to continue developing clinically
  • Team-oriented and collaborative

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive oral exams and diagnose dental conditions
  • Develop and present individualized treatment plans
  • Provide restorative, preventive, and surgical procedures
  • Administer local anesthesia and sedation to ensure patient comfort
  • Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
  • Maintain thorough, accurate patient documentation
  • Collaborate closely with the clinical and administrative team
