Associate Data Feeds Support Analyst

About The Position

The Data Feeds Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting and growing the utilization of our data feeds program. In this role, they will work with both existing and new accounts to demonstrate the benefits of providing data through an automated feeds process while providing the highest level of customer service.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree Required from an accredited, not for profit University or College
A track record of commitment to prior employers
1+ years of experience with SQL Server databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server, and creating SQL queries.
Experience in relational databases, data analysis, and performance tuning; experience testing, and maintaining reporting processes
Proven ability to effectively build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with clients
1+ years of experience with data serialization formats (eg, XML, JSON)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Results orientated - ability to prioritize, multitask, drive, and achieve while working to deadlines under pressure
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Analytical approach with the ability to interpret information and trends
Ability to learn new systems and organize workload in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to adapt quickly in a technology-leading environment
Strong interpersonal skills (e.g., Conflict Resolution, Negotiation, etc.) when dealing with internal and/or external audiences
Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high growth company

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in data analysis or auditing
Working knowledge of APIs and data integrations used to exchange data between internal systems and third-party vendors (e.g., REST/SOAP, JSON/XML)
Demonstrated knowledge of commercial real estate
Preference given to candidates who possess a thorough understanding of multifamily real estate, including the marketing objectives of property owners

Responsibilities

Develop strong understanding of the benefits of using data feeds to our customers
Increase data feeds usage and overall knowledge/experience of the customer
Effectively communicate with both customers and 3rd-party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve data feeds related issues.
Master complexities of the multifamily business and competitor behavior to engage in value-added conversations with customers
Meet with customers to review feed quality, onboard new properties, verify accuracy of information being provided
Track detailed activities describing interactions with customers
Use customer service skills to put customers at ease and provide exhaustive and comprehensive troubleshooting of the data fees process before escalation
Follow and apply standard operating procedures consistently
Ensure customer has a positive and pleasant experience
Focus and meet deadlines
Present information to internal and/or external contacts for the purpose of problem solving
