Customer Marketing (CM) team members play a direct role in driving incremental volume at our Priority Retailers through data-first, customer-centric marketing, and event programs in partnership with our Brands, Sales Teams, and Retailers. We are seeking a Customer Marketing Associate Manager to lead account-specific omni customer marketing strategy, reporting, and activation optimization recommendations for our Walmart customer. Key responsibilities for this role include analyzing multiple data sources and customer dashboards to bring strategic thinking and strategies for our GMI brands forward, development of annual strategy for priority brands, input into campaign/creative briefs, and execution of projects. It requires interaction with the retailer merchants and retail media team, as well as internal Sales and OU teams, and agencies. A unique aspect of this role is leading the process development of linking direct customer data analytics with shopper insights to deliver results across multiple categories. The role provides exposure and learning in the areas of Commerce, Strategy, Planning, External Partner Management, and Matrix Relationship Management.
