About The Position

You’re a seasoned Associate Creative Director who can think big and write even bigger. You shape ideas, mentor writers, and defend the work like it matters. Because it does. You guide copy from concept to execution with taste, clarity, and attitude. You understand ideas are bigger than headlines. You make healthcare sound human, urgent, emotional, honest.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience concepting and leading integrated creative work; global or national campaign experience is a plus.
  • Proven portfolio of big ideas and bold execution across digital, content, social, and experiential.
  • Ability to push creative into culture—platform-first thinking, not just campaign bursts.
  • Flawless presentation and storytelling skills (deck and in-the-room).
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to mentor teams, influence clients, and drive creative outcomes.
  • Curious, culturally fluent, and obsessed with where creativity and technology are going next.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from idea to execution across campaigns, platforms, and content.
  • Deliver strong conceptual thinking and killer copy, long, short, and everything in between.
  • Adapt voice, tone, and style to fit brand, strategy, and audience.
  • Present ideas with conviction and guide teams with clear recommendations.
  • Take feedback without losing the soul of the idea.
  • Collaborate with design, account, strategy, and media to build work that solves problems, builds engagement, and gets noticed.
  • Understand production processes, and bring ideas to life in the real world, not just decks.
  • Mentor talent and help build a culture of trust, curiosity, and bold creative.
