At SiaX, they are nimble, deeply collaborative, and known for delivering high-impact work with lean teams, focusing on building brands and delivering growth for clients aiming to break through creative barriers and accelerate digital transformation. This Associate Creative Director role defines how a brand shows up at scale. The ACD will establish and evolve the design systems and visual language that power everything from campaigns to product experiences to everyday digital touchpoints. This involves leading the creation of cohesive, flexible systems that bring consistency without sacrificing creativity, ensuring every brand expression feels intentional, elevated, and unmistakably connected. The role operates at both a conceptual and executional level, guiding teams from big idea through final craft, shaping work that is visually compelling and grounded in clear strategic thinking.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in creative leadership, art direction, or design, with a strong foundation in digital-first brand building
  • A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional visual systems, brand evolution, and high-quality digital execution
  • Deep expertise in building and scaling design systems across multiple channels and teams
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, with a strong command of component systems, libraries, and scalable frameworks
  • A refined eye and exceptional taste, with the ability to set and maintain a high creative bar
  • Ability to clearly articulate creative decisions and connect them to broader business and brand objectives
  • Experience leading and mentoring creative teams, with a focus on developing strong, thoughtful designers
  • A strategic mindset, with an understanding of how creative systems enable speed, consistency, and performance
