The Boeing Company is seeking an Associate Cost Accountant in Hazelwood, Missouri. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, business or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting
  • 1+ years of work experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
  • Experience working in a challenging, fast-paced, geo-diverse team environment
  • Experience utilizing financial modeling tools to analyze information and provide insights
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills both virtually and in person

Responsibilities

  • Provide business partner support as an Overhead Allocations business unit representative
  • Write journal entries, update tables, create/change overhead allocations, and perform analysis
  • Respond to audit requests as needed
  • Support month-end and year-end closing
  • Review Accounting Change Requests and determine impacts to cost structure.
  • Process Incurred Cost Submittal
  • Support special projects/group metrics/system implementations and upgrades as required

  • Summary pay range: $66,300 - $89,700
