About The Position

Position Overview Role: Cost Accountant Reporting to: Operational Controller Key Responsibilities Manage month-end closing processes and prepare related journal entries for inventory, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and fixed assets. Conduct account reconciliations and variance analyses. Assist with inventory costing in the ERP system and manage fixed asset accounting. Support internal and external audit processes and ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations. Participate in special projects and handle various financial reporting tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in cost accounting within medium to large companies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• High standards of accuracy
• Organization
• Good communication skills

• Familiarity with Info XA ERP
• Familiarity with BNA Fixed Assets
