About The Position

Chase Media Solutions harnesses the power of Chase to help brands connect more meaningfully with 80 million Chase customers. Our transaction-based marketing platform leverages first-party data to expertly match businesses with audiences, inspiring valuable relationships that last through the Chase Offers program. As part of Offers & Shopping and Connected Commerce, we drive incremental growth for merchants while helping Chase customers level up how they shop and get more from the brands they love. As an Associate, Client Success Manager within Chase Media Solutions, you will report to the Client Success Team Lead. You will be part of a team focused on maximizing revenue, growth and retention through an engaging, consultative client experience for brands and agencies, delivering value through our Chase Offers platform. If you have account management experience, a client-centric mindset, and excellent organization and communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of account management, sales, or other client-facing experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate across teams and build client trust.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other common productivity tools.

  • Experience in digital media or performance marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships from onboarding through execution, renewals, and growth conversations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to onboard clients and deliver campaigns on time and with quality.
  • Respond to client questions and resolve issues quickly, escalating when needed.
  • Understand client goals and identify opportunities to expand solutions and improve performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance, share insights, and recommend optimizations to drive results.
  • Capture client feedback and partner with internal teams to inform process improvements and product enhancements.
