We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Processing I to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Perform routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions to ensure high-quality service delivery. Collaborate with other organizational units and teams to resolve issues and meet client needs promptly. Process account-related transactions according to scheduled events and client-authenticated instructions, following established procedures. Respond to inquiries and resolve problems, adapting responses or conducting research as needed; escalate complex issues to senior colleagues. Apply area knowledge and industry standards to provide effective solutions to both internal and external clients. Execute complex operational tasks within a product or functional area, including allocating and reviewing work of team members when applicable. Support team objectives through active contribution and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 0-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in brokerage processing.
  • Applicable local or regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
