What You'll Do Assist in leading assigned strategic and key accounts, providing ongoing client support and relationship management. Conduct research to identify potential solutions for strategic accounts. Support local and regional sales efforts, promotions, and campaign initiatives. Prepare accurate and timely quotes, proposals, and product demonstrations using Aristocrat’s point-of-sale and presentation tools. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Aristocrat products and solutions; effectively communicate features and benefits to clients. Track and report on sales activities, forecast updates, and pipeline developments with accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate cross-functional support for account activities, including product, finance, and marketing teams. Monitor client happiness and expectations through regular communications and feedback loops. Participate in payment collections and help implement appropriate follow-up strategies. Maintain Aristocrat’s high-performance, world-class brand image in every customer and internal interaction.
