About The Position

This position is responsible for delivering technical business solutions to ensure alignment and integration across functional areas in support of divisional strategies. Leveraging an IT background and coding proficiency, this resource will drive efficiency through automation, advanced data analysis, and technical problem-solving. The resource may support teams responsible for the implementation of technical initiatives with basic to moderate complexity that affect multiple functional areas within the division. This role acts as a bridge between business goals and IT solutions, supporting efforts to track the progress of the division's activities through data-driven reporting and programmatic tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree and 1 year experience OR 5 years' experience in business analysis, process improvement, strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations or relevant health care industry experience
  • Project management skills, including strong organization, prioritization and problem-solving skills; strong oral, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; ability to accept direction and feedback
  • Experience interacting with personnel of multiple departments and at various levels in the organization.
  • Analytical and information synthesis skills
  • Verbal and written communication and organization skills
  • Experience with changing assignments and priorities
  • PC proficiency to include MS Office products

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in coding and scripting languages (e.g., Python, XML, R, VBA, Java) to automate processes and analyze large datasets.
  • Strong SQL skills for database querying, data extraction, and manipulation.
  • Experience working within an IT environment or understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Ability to translate complex technical requirements into business terms and vice versa.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx) to present technical insights.
